Sakura or Japanese flowering cherry 'Amanogawa' (Prunus serrulata)
€439.00
The name of this sakura variety means "Milky Way" in Japanese, and it accurately describes the appearance of the tree during flowering - a narrow, upward-facing column, literally shimmering with countless flowers.
In May, the tree is covered in dense, large and soft pink flowers, which have a pleasant, sweet aroma. Thanks to its compact form, 'Amanogawa' does not take up much space in width, so it is excellent for planting near terraces, house entrances or small courtyards. An ideal choice for smaller gardens or places where an expressive vertical accent is needed. In summer, the tree is decorated with bright green foliage, which turns yellow and pink in autumn.
Height: 3-6 meters
