FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Tickets can be purchased on our website by selecting the number of tickets and clicking “Continue.” Then, enter the participant’s details. Payment is processed through Paysera’s secure payment system. After a successful payment, you will receive your ticket and confirmation by email.

  • No, tickets cannot be purchased on-site. They must be bought online in advance.

  • Paysera supports purchasing multiple tickets in a single transaction. Simply select the number of tickets you need before making the payment.

  • Yes, it is possible to purchase a ticket in someone else’s name, and it can also be transferred to another person. The validity of the ticket is not tied to the buyer’s identity.

  • It is not necessary to print the ticket. You can also present it on your phone. After purchasing the ticket, you will receive a QR code, which should be saved on your phone.

  • The ticket price includes participation in all forum activities on April 18 — lectures, experience stories, and discussions. Visitors will have access to coffee, tea, and drinking water, as well as free parking and cloakroom facilities. Each participant will also receive a gift bag with informational materials and surprises.

  • To receive an invoice for your ticket purchase, enter your company details during the purchase. After payment, Paysera will automatically generate a payment confirmation, and the invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

  • To receive a proforma invoice before paying for the ticket, fill out the application form, providing your company details, and select the “Receive Proforma Invoice” option. After the invoice is issued, payment can be made via bank transfer. Once the invoice is paid, the ticket will be activated and sent to the provided email within 1–2 business days.

  • First, check your spam/junk folder.
    If the email has not arrived, contact us at forums@darzumaksla.com, providing the transaction ID (found in the Paysera payment confirmation). We will verify the details and resend the ticket.

    • Check if your bank is not blocking the payment.

    • Try a different payment method (e.g., another card or bank).

    • Make sure your card is enabled for online payments.

    • If Paysera shows an error, follow the instructions provided or try again after a few minutes.

  • During the forum, high-quality simultaneous translation will be provided both from English to Latvian and from Latvian to English. To use this service, please bring your smartphone and headphones.

  • Yes, lunch and snacks for various tastes will be available for purchase on-site. Coffee, tea, and drinking water are included in the ticket price.
