Ornamental apple tree 'Red Sentinel' (Malus)

This tree will bring color to the garden even when everything else has gone dormant. It is a compact, elegant and unusually hardy apple tree with a stately, rounded crown. Its name, translated as 'Red Guardian', perfectly describes the tree's ability to maintain its brightness and stature throughout the year.

In the spring, in May, the tree literally disappears under a cloud of fragrant, snow-white flowers, complemented by delicate pink buds. But the real glory of this variety comes in the fall, when it generously gives its fruits. Small, shiny and intensely red apples, resembling small cherries. These fruits are not only unusually beautiful, but also incredibly durable, they hold firmly on the branches all winter, shining against the white snow and attracting birds to the garden.
